Examples include: operations, human resources, insurance, medical devices and supplies, marketing, finance, data analytics, and information technology.

Capstone Project Options

The capstone course is taken during your final semester of the MHA program. As part of the Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) program, our students are required to complete a capstone project wherein students work with a facility to complete a project that will help them to demonstrate mastery of the program learning outcomes.

Become a Mentor

Our goal is to work alongside MHA students to guide and support them toward their future careers. The mentorship program is designed to create opportunities for MHA students to receive guidance by professional leaders with extensive experience in healthcare administration. Our mentors represent many industries and functions in healthcare administration, including hospitals, health systems, long-term care, information technology, nonprofit organizations, community health, mental health, insurance, marketing, finance, human resources, and public policy. We are privileged to partner with healthcare industry leaders who have a passion to give back to CUI students seeking a degree in healthcare to help them become successful in their future careers.

International Students

Due to the format of the Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) program, being fully online, Concordia University Irvine is unable to sponsor a student visa (F-1) for international students.
