"Seminary Training for Twenty-first Century Urban Ministry"

• An innovative Pastor Certification Program designed for bilingual and bicultural college graduates who are called to bring the light of the Gospel to a multicultural generation.
• A traditional learning environment combined with a specialized vicarage program supported by a local Lutheran congregation producing Lutheran pastors who are skilled at working in urban and multicultuiral communities.
• A four-year program which includes an MA in Theology and Culture as well as certification for the pastoral ministry of the LCMS.
• A joint effort of Concordia University, Irvine and Concordia Seminary in St. Louis.
