Students may apply for Conditional Admission by applying directly to the Office of International Undergraduate Admissions. On the International Student Undergraduate Application, applicants must indicate that they are "Seeking Conditional Admission to Concordia University Irvine.”
Conditional Admission allows academically qualified students to be accepted to the university without a TOEFL or IELTS score by successfully completing our Intensive English Program (IEP).
If you are academically qualified for undergraduate or graduate admission to Concordia and you choose to fulfill your English proficiency requirement through study in the IEP program, you will be offered “conditional admission” to the university.
Applicants must fulfill all other requirements for Undergraduate Admission, including having competitive grades from previous secondary or post-secondary institutions.
You must also submit a separate application for IEP. Learn more about the IEP application process.
