Facility Services

Our mission at Pacific Campus Services is to provide fast and friendly services that will help facilitate the vision and strategic initiatives of Concordia University. We are committed to providing timely custodial and event support, reliable maintenance services, and campus enhancing landscaping and grounds upkeep. Our objective is to be an essential part of the campus environment, the Concordia University Irvine experience, and to provide a clean, safe, and attractive campus for the students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors. In so doing, we will do our part to develop and maintain an environment that encourages learning, supports the University's tradition of excellence, and enriches the lives of the campus community.

Submit a Maintenance Request

  1. Sign into your eagles email on Helpdesk.
  2. Select “Submit a Ticket”
  3. Enter your eagles email address, subject, service (“Facilities”), E#, location, and description. In the subject, specify location (“building and room number”) and topic (“light bulb out”). In the description, provide a DETAILED description of the request (“two light bulbs out in sink area of “building and room number”).
  4. Describe your request in the "Service Requested" box. You must include: building, room # & specific location (i.e. Sigma 238 A, back bedroom), and a DETAILED description of the request. *Note: To have your bed raised or lowered, you must email [email protected] for approval.

**Note that maintenance may enter your room when you are not present. Allow 48 hours for typical requests and up to 1 week during busy periods. Questions about the status of a request? Call 949-214-3460 (have your work order # available for reference).**

For URGENT maintenance requests (i.e. floods, gas smell, or electrical issues) Call Campus Safety IMMEDIATELY 949-214-3000
