We were not intended to live compartmentalized lives where our studies, personal relationships, and faith are neatly categorized in separate boxes. Wittenberg Hall is ideal for students who desire to be more connected to a community in meaningful ways where faith in Christ is a natural aspect of life lived together. This Living Learning Community is designed to create the informal space and opportunity to explore more deeply and discuss in the context of community those intersections of faith and life. This all takes place through participating in academic and social activities that include dialogue with guest speakers, holiday celebrations, book discussions on works by authors like C.S. Lewis or Dietrich Bonhoeffer, and shared meals with professors and peers.
"What I find exciting about living in Wittenberg Hall are the various events the hall hosts. One fun event being ‘Brats and Profs’ where students and professors are able to come, eat some brats and engage in discussions outside the classroom.” –Aubrie Bogle
"Those in charge of Wittenberg cultivate a culture of community which makes this LLC a wonderful place to live.” –Angela Duerr
"I love living in Wittenberg. It feels good to be surrounded by such a friendly and supportive community. Neighbors are always coming over, cooking food, playing video games, studying, and hanging out. Wittenberg has a great vibe and there’s always stuff going on. Plus you never know when you might find yourself caught in an impromptu lightsaber duel with Pastor Anderson’s kids.” –Steven McCarthy
